most spectacular shark habitat from "under
the sea" in the longest underwater viewing glass
tunnel in the world. You sleep, but
do they? After a fun-filled night,
drift off to sleep under the sea!

Take
you time as you casually ponder Coral Reef,
Stingray Bay, and Shark Lagoon, all in
amazing up close detail. From
beautiful and graceful sea creatures to the
poison dart frog, Ripley's Aquarium
has more than 10,000 exotic sea creatures.
Check out such creatures
as "nature's neon", "stealthy hunters", and
"masters of disguise". Get up close to
exotic fish you have likely never seen.
Gaze of huge moray eels. And meet
Sally the sea turtle. The aquarium
also feature giant spider crabs and other
odd and unusual creatures.

PJ Party with
the Penguins
The new $5
million expansion allows you to enjoy the
playful colony of blackfooted penguins in
their new state-of-the-art indoor/outdoor
habitat. View penguins from above and
below the water in this unique and
interactive exhibit.
Experience
penguins swimming around you as you crawl
through clear underwater tunnels. Pop
up on the penguins' private beach and get
nose-to-beak. See Fast Eddie, Little
Joe, Fearless Frank, Stormin' Norman and the
rest of the crew in their playground.
Open 365 days
a year, Ripley's Aquarium is located
at 83 River Road in downtown Gatlinburg TN.
Summer hours are 9am - 11pm. Tickets
are about $20 for adults, and $11 for
children 6 - 11. Toddlers can enter
for just $5, while those under 2 years old
